Ocean Pathway is a pet-friendly community of 22 apartment and duplex style condominiums in an elevator serviced building located at 30 Ocean Pathway in Ocean Grove, just a block and a half from the beach and even less of a distance to the Great Auditorium. Completed in 2010, the project is the end result of combining three dilapidated boarding houses and reconstructing them into state of the art residences featuring Victorian architecture characteristic of Ocean Grove. The residences range in size from 815 to 1942 square feet, according to tax records, and feature one, two and three bedrooms with many having ocean views.
