Arlington Court is an age restricted, 55+, pet restricted, active adult community of one bedroom apartment style co-ops located on Arlington Court in the Ocean Grove section of Neptune Township. Co-ops are similar to condos but the legal form of ownership differs. Rather than owning a specific apartment, owners have shares in the entity that owns the entire community with rights to occupy a particular residence. The location is ideal, overlooking the Great Auditorium and a short walk to Main Street and the beach.
