Asbury Commons is within walking distance of the train station, beachfront and Cookman Avenue.

Asbury Commons is a pet-friendly community of 12 loft-style condominiums located at 908 and 910 Main Street in Asbury Park. Occupying the top two floors of two mixed-use buildings, the apartments in Asbury Commons were renovated and converted to condominiums in the mid-2000s.  The six apartments at 910 Main Street have one bedroom each and range in size from 1042 to 1193 square feet according to the tax records.  The six apartments at 908 Main Street are either studios or one-bedroom apartments that range in size from 759 to 953 square feet, also according to the tax records. Amenities at Asbury Commons include assigned, off-street parking for each apartment.  For those that travel by train, the Asbury Park train station is about a half-mile from Asbury Commons, as is popular Cookman Avenue.  For those that enjoy the beach, Asbury Commons is just over a half-mile from the beachfront.
