Unlike many agents in our business who like to do all the talking, I go out of my way to LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS and help you find what YOU WANT.
The Golden Rule
As simple as it sounds, there are few rules that work better in business. I always strive to treat my clients the way I would like to be treated.
34 Years of Successful Experience
We haven't had a market like this in about 20 years. That means agents who have been in the business for less than that are rookies in this type of market. This is the third time I have worked in this type of market. My experience has taught me the best strategies to get results for you. I know what works and what doesn't, and am prepared to put that experience to work for you!
Let's face it, real estate transactions are increasingly complicated and life is stressful enough. I always work to make transactions as stress free as possible. Although I do bring expertise to the situation, I always know THE BOSS IS YOU, the client.
Full Time in the Business
Most agents in today's real estate industry are part time, not full time, agents. I am a FULL TIME agent. Given the magnitude of a real estate decision and the size of the financial commitment, does it make sense to use the services of anyone who is less than 100% committed to their chosen career?
Designations... Why Are They Important?
To earn a designation, an agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. Designations are not required, agents with designations is an agent who more committed to their careers than agents that don't. I have four. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Proven Track Record of Success
I am consistently ranked in the top 3% of all agents statewide, based on annual closed business. During the course of my career, I estimate that I have been personally involved in over 600 transactions. Many agents can tell you they are experienced, but does their experience include performance at the highest level?
“Richard had been with me every step of the way in both the sale and purchase of a home. I appreciate his advice and his hard work you find the right fit for me and my family. I highly recommend him to you!”
“Our family has worked with Richard Nagel several times now. Personally, I have worked with him twice, for a sale and for a purchase. My parents used him as their broker for the purchase of their second home. We all agree that Richard has made the process less cumbersome than what we imagined it would be and has given us the attention we needed throughout each process.”
“My family had to relocate out of state before the house was actually listed. We had been the only owners of the house, since it was built in 1963. Rich recommended a pre-listing inspection to uncover any unknown potential issues; as a result we made some minor upgrades/improvements, which not only made the house more appealing but also increased its value. Since we had relocated out of state, he went above and beyond by checking on the house and in-ground pool regularly and arranging for various inspections and contractors. He was in constant contact with us. We were always well informed. He knows the market well. The house went to contract within a week of being listed and sold for $5000 less than the asking price. I highly recommend Rich, as he is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and responsive. it was a pleasure working with him.”
