Full Time in the Business
Most agents in today's real estate industry are part time, not full time, agents. I am a FULL TIME agent. Given the magnitude of a real estate decision and the size of the financial commitment, does it make sense to use the services of anyone who is less than 100% committed to their chosen career?
Designations... Why Are They Important?
To earn a designation, an agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. Designations are not required, agents with designations is an agent who more committed to their careers than agents that don't. I have four. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
