Thornbrooke is a pet-friendly, age-restricted, active adult community consisting of 89 free standing and semi-attached two and three bedroom homes located off of Broad Street in Shrewsbury. Construction began in the early 2000's and there were four models offered, the Shrewsbury, Sea Bright, Navesink and Rumson. According to tax records, the Shrewsbury has 1769 square feet, the Sea Bright 1922 square feet, the Navesink 2147 square feet and the Rumson has 2298 square feet. All homes have a first floor master bedroom, at least two baths and a two car garage. Amenities include an on-site pool, tennis and a resident's clubhouse. The location is just minutes by car to the Garden State Parkway, Little Silver train station, Monmouth Mall and downtown Red Bank.
