Shrewsbury Harbor Estates - Monmouth Beach, NJ

Shrewsbury Harbor Estates is a predominantly waterfront community of single-family homes located in the southwest section of Monmouth Beach and includes the homes on Lori Road, Harbour Way, Gail Drive, and Gull Point Road. Homes on the south and west sides of Lori Road front directly on the Shrewsbury River, with the rest of the waterfront homes fronting on bulkheaded lagoons. Development began in the 1960s, according to tax records, but in recent years some of the older homes have been taken down and replaced with larger, new homes. Deepwater dockage is one of the advantages of living in Shrewsbury Harbor Estates and for the few homes that don't have lagoon or river frontage, those homes have dockage available on a shared undeveloped waterfront lot on Harbour Way.
