Woodhollow Estates is a 17 home subdivision of Colonial style homes located in the southwest section of Oceanport. Built by Planned Residential Communities in the late 1990's, Woodhollow Estates was developed from a portion of the land formerly owned by Philip Iselin, the last private owner of Monmouth Park Racetrack.
