Woodhollow Estates is a 17 home subdivision of Colonial style homes located in the southwest section of Oceanport. Built by Planned Residential Communities in the late 1990's, Woodhollow Estates was developed from a portion of the land formerly owned by Philip Iselin, the last private owner of Monmouth Park Racetrack. The homes range in size from a bit over 2400 to just under 3800 square feet, according to tax records and were originally built with 4/5 bedrooms, at least 2.5 baths, a full basement and a two car garage.
