Seaview Park is a pet-friendly community of six townhouse-style condominiums located on the beachfront at 152 Ocean Avenue North and 26 Ocean Terrace at the north end of the Long Branch promenade. Built in the early 1980's, there are two buildings that comprise Seaview Park, both of which have three townhouses. The townhouses at 152 Ocean Avenue North face directly out to the ocean and have 2191 square feet, according to the tax records, and all were built with at least three bedrooms.
