The Sandcastle is a mid-rise, restricted access, condominium community of 24 homes located on Ocean Avenue North, directly across the street from the beach, in the North End of Long Branch. The building is seven stories tall with apartments on the upper six floors with each floor having four apartments. Other than the penthouse apartments, the apartments on the east and west ends of the building are 2436 square feet and the two interior apartments are 2008 square feet, according to the tax records. The penthouse apartments have two levels, much like a townhouse, and range in size from 2800 to 3246 square feet, according to tax records. All homes feature ocean views, at least two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, gas heat and central air conditioning. Community amenities include a pool with each apartment having a poolside cabana, indoor parking and additional storage for each apartment. The Sandcastle is pet-friendly with dogs being allowed.
