Hyde Park is a pet-friendly community of 166 fee simple, semi-attached, townhouse style residences located on Cheyenne, Bismark and Austin Streets in the southern section of Tinton Falls. Hyde Park is a blend of condominium and single family living, with the association maintaining the lawn and shrubs and the owners responsible for exterior maintenance of the homes. The shared responsibility has resulted in association fees that are considerably lower than you find in most condominium communities.
