Built in the early 1980's by Eastern Planned Communities, a prominent local developer at the time, the one bedroom apartments range in size from 1086 to 1194 square feet, depending on whether it's a first or second floor apartment, the two bedroom townhouses are either 1493 or 1508 square feet and the three bedroom townhouses are 1813 square feet, as per the tax records. The townhouses have an attached garage and some homes also have basements. For commuters, the Middletown train station is about 5 minutes away and the Garden State Parkway is about 10 minutes from the door.
