Beachfront North is the term commonly applied to two sister communities, Grand Resorts and The Bluffs which were built in the mid 2000’s. Grand Resorts is a community of 180 apartment style condominiums, with eight different floor plans ranging in size from just over 1100 square feet to over 3600 square feet. The Bluffs is a community of 104 townhouse style condominiums, with seven floor plans ranging in size from just under 2000 square feet to almost 3600 square feet.
