Aspen Woods is conveniently located just off of Route 34 in Aberdeen, NJ.

Aspen Woods is a pet-friendly community of 59 townhouse condominiums located on West Aspen Way in Aberdeen, just off of Route 34.  Constructed in the early 2000s, the townhouses in Aspen Woods were built with two bedrooms, two full plus two half baths, and a garage.  There are four distinctive floor plans in Aspen Woods, the Aspen, the Berkshire, the Breckenridge, and the Windham.  Tax records indicated that the Aspen has 1788 SF, the Berkshire has 2052 SF, the Breckenridge has 2296 SF, and the Windham is either 2510 or 2566 SF.  Most of the homes have a one-car garage but some of the Berkshire and Breckenridge models have two-car garages.  All homes in Aspen Woods have a basement.

For commuters, Google Maps indicates that the Matawan train station is about a 3-minute drive from Aspen Woods and the access to the Garden State Parkway through the Garden State Arts Center is about a 7-minute drive.  For shoppers, the Aberdeen ShopRite is just 3 minutes away, the Hazlet Costco is about a 14-minute drive, the Hazlet Home Depot is just a 12-minute drive, and the very popular Delicious Orchards is just a 14-minute drive south of Route 34, according to Google Maps.
