Built by Planned Residential Communities in the late 1990's, Woodhollow Estates was developed from a portion of the land formerly owned by Philip Iselin, the last private owner of Monmouth Park Racetrack. The homes range in size from a bit over 2400 to just under 3800 square feet, according to tax records and were originally built with 4/5 bedrooms, at least 2.5 baths, a full basement and a two car garage. The subdivision is located within walking distance of Wolf Hill School, the lower elementary school and is minutes away by car from the Little Silver train station, Garden State Parkway, local area beaches and Rte. 35 shopping outlets.
