Good Attitude

Let's face it, real estate transactions are increasly complicated and life is stressful enough. I always work to make transactions as stress free as possible. Although I do bring expertise to the situation, I always know THE BOSS IS YOU, the client.

Full Time in the Business

Most agents in today's real estate industry are part time, not full time, agents. I am a FULL TIME agent. Given the magnitude of a real estate decision and the size of the financial commitment, does it make sense to use the services of anyone who is less than 100% committed to their chosen career?

Designations... Why Are They Important?

To earn a designation, an agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. Designations are not required, agents with designations is an agent who more committed to their careers than agents that don't. I have four. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

I am consistently ranked in the top 3% of all agents statewide, based on annual closed business. During the course of my career, I estimate that I have been personally involved in over 600 transactions. Many agents can tell you they are experienced, but does their experience include performance at the highest level?
