Madison Commons is a pet friendly community of 40 one and two bedroom apartment style condominiums located at 132 and 142 South Street. Built in the early 1950's and later converted to condominiums, tax records indicate that the one bedroom apartments are either 548 or 596 square feet and the two bedroom apartments range in size between 842 and 894 square feet. Fourteen of the residences have garages with are deeded separately. For those who enjoy downtown Red Bank, the location is ideal with Broad Street being only a block away. For commuters, the train station is less than a mile from the door and the Garden State Parkway is less than a 15 minute drive. Included in the monthly association fee are the heat, water and sewer, which is great if you don't like writing a lot of checks.
